Custom websites for local businesses

We build websites for peoplewho work behind a counter,on a building site,in a doctor’s practice.

An hour together to understand how you work. Then we draw the pages and write the code by hand. What we hand over, you update yourself: tonight’s menu, the job you just finished, the hours when they change. No bought themes, no recycled pages. Every site is drawn from scratch.

Civico is the number you read from the street. Your website does the same job.
  • Delivered in 1–3 weeks

Our trade

What we actually do.

We build the website of a business that has a door, opening hours and customers who live nearby.

The thing people find when they look up your name, or when they scan the code on the table. After that it is yours: it keeps working the day you stop hearing from us.

You update it yourself, in a minute.

The menu stops being a PDF you have to redo every time. It is an ordinary page: you open it on your phone, change what needs changing, save. Nobody downloads anything, and it comes up straight away, even on a weak signal.

The domain and the code stay yours.

In your name, not ours. Hand the work to someone else and whoever picks it up finds things in order, not starting from zero.

In your name

  • The domain
  • The site’s code
  • The words and the photos

The phone first, then the rest.

Hours, address, number and map on the first screen. Someone looking you up standing in the street finds what they need without pinching to zoom.

What we don’t do.

Advertising, logos and social accounts — we don’t do them. It is not our trade. We do the site.

Demonstration models

Three trades, three sites you can open right now.

We built them ourselves, to show how we work. They are not client jobs: the three businesses do not exist.

Restaurants

You change the menu yourself, from your phone, while you set the tables. No PDF to remake each season.

Construction

Every job gets its own page: where it is, how long it took, how it turned out.

Medical practices

Who is in and when, written on the site. The phone at the desk rings less.

They open and you can move around them: every page is there, but the names, the addresses and the phone numbers are invented. The forms fill in and answer the way they would, and they send nothing to anyone. Yours won't be like these: different trade, different pages.

They are written in Italian: that is the language their customers speak. At the foot of each one there is a dark band that brings you back here.

The route

How we work, step by step.

No surprises: this is always the order, and we tell you before we start.

  1. 01together

    The first call

An hour on the phone or at yours. You show us the place and who comes in.

From there we work out how many pages you really need, and we say so at once.

  2. 02on us

    The written quote

One page: what we do, what we don’t, what it costs, when we deliver.

If it doesn’t convince you it ends there, and you owe us nothing.

  3. 03on you

    The material

Photos, menu, hours, the jobs you’ve finished. That is all we need.

This is where it usually stalls: if the material never arrives, the site never starts.

  4. 04together

    We draw and build

First a single page, the one that opens first. You look at it properly.

You tell us what’s wrong, then we build the rest. Two rounds of changes are included.

  5. 05on us

    We go live

We buy the domain in your name and put the site online.

Then twenty minutes together to learn how to change the menu, and written instructions.

  6. 06on us

    The month after

For thirty days we fix whatever isn’t right, without counting hours.

After that, we tell you the cost before we do it. No subscription starts on its own.

At the end the site is yours: the domain is in your name and the files stay yours.

What’s included

What’s inside, and what isn’t.

Open a line to read the detail.

Always included

It’s in the quote whether you ask for it or not.

  • Who you are, what you do, where you are, how to reach you: four to eight pages hold everything a customer needs in order to decide to come to you. If your work asks for a few more we tell you before we start, with the number written into the quote.

What we don’t do

Better said now than once the work has started.

The price

There are no numbers here, and it isn’t to make you call.

The price depends on how many pages are needed and on how much material already exists. Four pages with the photos ready and eight pages written from nothing cannot cost the same. After the first call we send it to you in writing, together with the timings, before you have spent a euro.

Contact

Send us two lines.

Tell us what you do and roughly where you are. We answer you ourselves, within one working day, with a first idea of the timing and of what we need from you. There’s no salesperson who calls you back.

Open to new work

We take on a few projects at a time: write to us now and we’ll tell you straight away when we can start.

The form

Or leave us a message here.

Just so we know where to start.

An email or a phone number: either one is enough.

Two lines is plenty. If you already have a site, paste the address.

No newsletter. Nothing passed on to anyone else.

We read them one by one
